So for this month's Teapotter Tickle were were to bring gems to the party. As I was browsing through my stamps, this one just popped out at me and said pick me, pick me! My maiden name was Drinkwater, so old hand pumps tug at my heart strings. Stamped and colored my image before cutting it out and matting it. Used the Highland Heather marker to do faux stitching on the border. I popped it up over my DP mat and strips. Then added my gems. Now to wait and see where it will travel. TFL everyone!

What a wonderful backstory! And I love your old hand pump. I grew up in the olden days when this was what we had at our kitchen sink so I can appreciate everything about the image you chose for today’s challenge. Thanks for being one of the gems in this Tea Potter group, and bringing joy to so many strangers each year.

That image is so wonderfully detailed and your colouring is superb! I remember my grandmother having a hand pump in the kitchen and a pump on the well outside as well. Beautiful bright colours for your background. Will be a delight for the recipient!

Beautiful stamp, and so beautifully coloured too. It's nice to see the Spring colours when everything here is fading into very dull colours from lack of rain.

Great image colored up so well and how great it ties to your name as well - makes it even more special. Love your gems too!
