Kept this easy peasy, just die cut some circles and popped this with foam tape onto a piece of dsp, die cut 3 circles and glued them in the apertures embellished with gems, pearls and sticker dots, stamped the sentiment and glued onto the scalloped base

So pretty, love the embellishments! Feels like it could be an underwater scene. But that might be because I've spent the day scrubbing the padding pool before putting it away!
