Rub anti-static pouch over sheet of vellum. Stamp thistle image repeatedly in Versamark ink. Heat emboss using white embossing powder. Let cool. Stamp on back of same vellum sheet using thistle image and Chocolate Chip ink; let dry.
Die cut frame from Evening Evergreen cardstock. Trim a portion of the vellum sheet to fit behind the frame; adhere to frame; adhere framed vellum to front of white A2 card base. Stamp sentiment in Chocolate Chip ink. Using Scor-Pal, score lines down the sides and across the bottom of the card front. TFL!
