I'm straying farther away from the inspiration card on this one. I should have used the Fresh Freesia as in the color challenge this week. Anyway, I still have the blue-green, the butterfly and the jewels, along with a banded sketch.
Unrelated to the inspiration card, I was inspired to use metallics to represent Janet's heavy metal influence in her gallery.
So here's what happened--I cut a butterfly, and then I think I have to use the negative, but to use the negative, I have to cut another butterfly, and then I have to use the negative...some of you get it...I solved my dilemma, by using TWO negatives on this card--stacked the Bermuda Bay on top of the gold foil. Whew! I finally came out even!

Ha, I did get it! And, it worked out wonderfully. Love the way you can see the ribbon band through the die cut butterfly. Such bright happy colors that you turned into a bright happy card with a touch of homage to metal. Perfect tribute to Janet.

Love the pink and gold together. Fab color choices and I am loving that butterfly. Happy and fun. Hugz
