Used today's sketch, yesterday's CC, last week's teaparty and ABC17J for jewels.
Last week's teaparty was all about a memory of a loved one. I chose my Grandma Meyer. She always had lovely items in her home like paperweights, cruets, figurines like Royal Doulton; she would let me hold them with her supervision. She always made me feel important and special and I always cherish her memory.

Aw, Jean...that is a lovely memory, one that I can tell is near and dear to your heart...makes me smile!
I'm loving your aqua and rose hand-stamped papers to spotlight the sketch x-pattern and enhanced with a bit of sparkly gems! But, your pièce de résistance is your scrimshaw-like birds! The black and white image is so pretty popped up on that pierced underlay!

Love your story about your grandma and the card that honours her! That stamped in black oval with the birds and branches looks wonderful against the colours!

Jean,
I looked at your card and wondered what type of creatures those things were that you stamped. To me it looked like eyes and a nose on them from the gems! Had to read the comments to find out it was floral you stamped.

Lovely card, and I especially like the way you staged it for the photo. I'll bet the perfume bottle was your grandma's--or she had one like it. Such wonderful memories!
