Hello there. I am happy to be here this month as a Guest Designer. Barbara is hosting and the colors she chose are Coastal Cabana, Polished Pink, and Basic Black. The dessert option is to add a bird to your card. As you can see, I went all in on the dessert option.
My card was created using watercolor paints that I mixed to match the challenge colors. I love to use watercolor paints. It is my latest obsession. I painted the bird with paints and colored the branch and berries with markers in colors from the neutral pallet.
Enjoy!

What a sweet bird, Marianne! I think she's bringing lunch to her babies! I love the way you used this week's color palette, and am in awe of your color-mixing abilities! Welcome to the team for the month of August!
