Congratulations to Kristen Hayes aka tblmom as our Featured Stamper this week, FS808. I enjoyed my visit through her gallery and found we are drawn to the same or similar stamp sets.
I kept landscape orientation and the same cabin but chose different colors, DSP & tree - also fewer layers. I considered adding ribbon or twine and decided it was not needed!
Inside: Thinking of You this Season (from Winter Woods)
What a wonderful scene, Gayle! I LOVE it done in crumb cake! The marbled BG is nice and I really like the buffalo plaid strip! It takes the place of ribbon!
Gayle, this is a beautiful case of Kristen's card. I love the monochromatic color combination and how it sets off the images. The background paper is perfect.

I love the neutral colors used on both cards (yours and Kristen's). It always amazes me how changing a few elements like the color can change the look and feel of a card. Beautiful CASE. I love your dp and color choices. Has a wonderfully warm feel.
