Indiana is known for lots of fun things, we are the âHoosier Stateâ although no one quite knows what a Hoosier is other than a person who lives in Indiana. We actually have a city named Santa Claus where cards and letters to Santa are sent and answered. Weâre known for corn, automotive industries and RV production. My favorite, however, is the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I am a total racing fan, so I colored an Indy car 2010 coloring picture with Copics, kind of went out of the lines a bit, and then printed the picture again on a gray background, fussy cut the car, and glued it to the gray bg.

What an awesome card for a racing fan. One of our boys is into car racing and went to the Indy car racing many years ago. Happy day

Cool card. I like the printing on DP for the background, that is so effective. You have added to my knowledge of Indiana - I did know about the Speedway, and also that DePuy Synthes was founded there, but the town named Santa Claus was new to me. Great card for the challenge.

Love it! I grew up in Indiana and have been to the Indy 500 track many times. Even got to ride on the track in our school bus in elementary school! Brings back great memories. Will always consider myself a Hoosier, too. Awesome card!

I love that you and I both did the Indy racing for our cards. I almost did a Santa card but I am only 10 minutes away from the speedway race track and 5 minutes away from the track in Claremont so I think I just had to do a race card this week. I love the car you used. Fabulous race car card to represent Indiana. If ever you are down in the Indy area near the airport feel free to pop in for a visit.
