I've sketched and water colored the flowers, and added some splatters and gel pen highlights, this was fun and relaxing!! And this was really quickly done, I didn't use pencils but my fine writer, I like how this blend on wet paper

Beautifully done, Anita. I was waiting for your upload to see what you did with this challenge. You did not disappoint. Love the blending of your colors with the loose painting and your background is fantastic. Thanks again for adding this to the gallery. Fav'd

Oooh that is cool, I know I have one that does fun bleeds on wet too maybe a different brand ( the one they use for "antique" watercoloring) so, it switches colors as it bleed I will have to try that some time because, the boldness here of the sketching is really cool with the pretty flowers Anita
This is gorgeous! I have an Elegant Writer, I wonder if it's the same thing. They really bleed though so it might have been too much. I will have to experiment! Your flowers are full of life! They are gorgeous and seem to be reaching for the sun! Beautiful background too! Your card is a delight.

Anita, those are beautifully sketched and watercolored coneflowers. I love you added the little one that is not fully opened.
