Diane is making her Color Challenge Hostess debut this week with such a beautifully classic Christmas Combo - the perfect way to close out this year's Christmas in July: Real Red, Garden Green and Silver.
I tried to see if I could do a rustic themed card and still bring in the silver. Some warm neutrals and silver threaded twine helped out.
I hope you join in this week with these pretty classics!

Fabulous rustic look with touches of silver. The silver threaded twine brings it all together. Love those silver pearls and the heat embossing.
The embossed panel looks great with the poinsettia and leaves. Beautifully done.

Chris, I love the combination of the wood slice EF and the actual wood slice. The loop of braided twine (?) adds a rustic feel to the card. Very pretty!

I'm not sure about rustic, Chris, masculine, but not rustic. When you added the vanilla and other soft neutrals, it looks more on the elegant side to me, and I'm really digging it! Sweet poinsettia with the silver accents~
