Diane's colors this week are such classic Christmas colors that I went with a classic theme as well - holly!
The silver is there on my card, it just didn't photograph well and looks like grey. In person this card really shines! Two of my leaves are die cut in Garden Green cardstock and to get a lighter leaf I used a stamped leaf where I had stamped off once. I sponged the bottom of the berries in Real Red to darken them
I saw a card where the creator had used two different embossed panels on one card and that intrigued me. I'd never done that before but if you can use two different patterns of paper why not two different textures. I decided if they were different enough in scale and theme it should work. The leaves here are pretty pronounced but the subtle folder created just a bit of texture on the second panel.
I hope you will join us this week. Wonderful colors for our last Christmas in July week!

Oh, Jeanne, yes! The two different embossing folders add so much interest to this pretty slimline card! I love the bunch of wintry greenery, and am intrigued by the label-and-frame combo. So pretty!

Beautifully done with the challenge colors! Love the variety of embossing, die-cuts and stamping. Terrific ideas and lovely elements. Love the silver pearls. The silver foil must shine so pretty! Great card and wonderful inspiration.

That was a great idea to use 2 different ef's, Jeanne. Love the look! Beautiful foliage and berries, and I like the stamped-off one to add just a bit of a difference. Very nice sponging too, Beautiful Christmas card~
