These four cards are for Lisa's DTGD challenge to make a quilted background. I decided to try this tutorial found right here on SCS: Stack And Cut Quilt Cards Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers as a great way to make some quick Christmas cards AND use up some dsp, win win!
I followed the steps in the tutorial. After completing my quilt panels, I put three of them through different embossing folders. The fourth one, the sentiment Merry Christmas was in just the right place on the panel so I decided to just use that. For that one (I meant to do it for all but...) I used an SU marker to add some zig zag stitch lines across the various panels.
I added a few gems to finish each card off. Thanks for the bump to get some Christmas cards done and use up dsp, Lisa! And thank you for looking!
