Hello! This week for Watercolor Wednesday, Linda is featuring a video on Tips to Paint Light. I used a stamp that my sweet friend Janine sent me and did my best to feature light and shadows. The next time, I will try for a more translucent look and color the stems in shadow as the artist does in her video.
I was browsing my flower stamps when I pulled this one out of the drawer. I had forgotten I had it and it's not only perfect for Janine's DTGD Challenge but it was a gift from her!
The cute little paintbrush holder as staging was a gift from my sweet friend, Ceal.
Stamping friends are the best friends!
In celebration of the 15th Anniversary of DTGD, the challenges are available for all! We hope you will join us!

Fantastic painting, Angie. Love the use of the light for your highlights. Great stamp for the challenge. I did notice the cute brush holder. You are right about crafters are the best. Fav'd

Really gorgeous, Angie. Beautiful light for the challenge and a wonderful stamp from Janine. I agree, SCSer's are the best.

Floral water colors are my favorites. What a beautiful job you did on these, Angie! I hope I get to give it a try today. I am so far behind on so many things around here.
