Karen is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and we're still doing Christmas in July. Our colors are Poppy Parade, Pool Party and Pear Pizzazz.
Again this week I used the Christmas sELFies stamps, one of my all-time favorite holiday sets. I colored the figures with Copic Markers. I cut the Polaroid frame three times and stacked them for dimension.
I used the plastic wrap technique to create the background panel, using Shimmery White paper and Pool Party and Pear Pizzazz inks. The ink is blended onto the cardstock with brushes in a random pattern, then plastic wrap is misted with water and placed on the cardstock, wet side down. Wrinkle the plastic wrap as much as you can, and leave it to dry.
I finished my card off with a few sparkly snowflakes and this perfect greeting.
Thanks for stopping by, and please join us this week!

Super cool background technique. Looks awesome. Love the Christmas friends posing for a picture. The frame is a nice touch. The snowflakes are terrific. Great Christmas card in the challenge colors!
