I have been thinking about this card for awhile, wanting something perfect for my friends' daughter, who will be at the cottage on her birthday. I also knew I wanted it to be a bridge card, so the challenges came in handy. I just love the (retired) new horizons scenic papers. Sponged a little pool party ink on the sky to make it bluer. The stamped image was coloured and fussy cut and adhered to the bridge part.

This looks so lifelike and real to me, kind of like a portrait. I know your friend and her daughter will be so moved by the beauty of this card. Love the fold, too!

How fun to allow the dp to do most of the work! Beautiful scene and so perfect for a summer birthday! This card is really special and sure to please the young lady receiving it~
