Welcome to Lydia's DTGD22A challenge: faux batik with a texture plate. In this case, I used an ef. I tried a few different ones but I had the best results with a simple ef of leaves, lots of open space. I used the crayon to rub over the ef to create a resist, then used many DOx inks to color the background. I'd be interested what kind of results anyone has with a 3D ef...I tried one, it's ok but I like this better. Thanks, Lydia.
This is also for today's IC: https://babydreambackdrops.com/produ...39297205010586
I obviously used leaves, heat embossed a text stamp in platinum and added some more leaves, cut from a stash panel, I think it was a shaving cream technique. I had just enough left to cut the leaves. Thanks, Stacy, what a great IC! Who buys these backdrops? Photographers? I haven't read enough to know this but I need to know it.
