This is for today's F4A-summer time blues. I used a bunch of more blue than not stash pieces, cut into quarter inch strips. Put them on a white panel with double sided sticky paper, trimmed it down a bit, cut the circles out of the very center of the panel (which was about 4x5"), so now I can make two cards from this technique. This is a Natasha Foote technique, takes a bit of time but a very fun way to use stash and scraps.
