Thank you for hosting the F4All challenge, Jeanne. Here is my mostly blue card!
I die cut and stacked the wreath images. To make the vertical panel, I stamped the butterflies and small flower in the blue inks and the large flower is stamped in Versamark and embossed. I matted this panel with teal cardstock. An additional butterfly was embossed on teal cardstock, fussy cut and mounted on the wreaths. The sentiment is embossed on a teal banner.

Lovely shade of blue! So pretty. My mother's name was Evelyn, so this card made me smile extra big!!

This is so beautiful! I love the image in the background and then the pretty wreath! The butterfly fluttering on top of the wreath is so pretty in silver and blue!
