I applied a heavy layer of a dark distress ink directly to multimedia paper, then let this completely dry. Used a Misti to position the inked background and background stamp. Sprayed my background stamp with water and applied it to the inked paper, then blotted up the ink, and repeated this several times until I got a good ghost image. Took several lighter colors of distress Oxide and inked up the same background stamp (without moving the inked bkgd or the the stamp) and used my finger to mix the distress oxide colors where they bordered each other, then lightly misted the inked stamp and applied the stamp to the inked paper. Dried the inked background with a heat tool. Cleaned the stamp and reinked it with white shimmer delicara ink and applied this to the inked background. Trimmed image leaving a small border and glued this to silver metallic paper background, then to dark blue cardstock
