This week's Featured Stamper is Sue (aka stampinspooky). Her Gallery is jammed packed with fun and inspiring cards. This is the card I finally decided to CASE: Sending Hugs by stampinspooky at Splitcoaststampers
I love the happy colors, the swiss dots embossing, the flowers, the tag and the overall design which are the general elements I kept. But, on my way to the Forum I got green ink on the white panel with the circle die cut, so I reversed the design up a bit by using the whole embossed panel and the left over cut out piece in white. I added a pink circle frame to give it a bit more definition. I moved the die cut flowers to the circle but kept the sentiment and tail on the tag. I used her colors but switched to pink for the primary color as this card is going my pink-loving stepdaughter.
I was fortunate enough to buy this image as a digital stamp (it is no longer available in digital but you can still get the rubber version from Penny Black). I had printed it out three times and in the end that was lucky. After I fussy-cut the image, I decided I needed more height so I used the flowers from the two extra printouts and stacked them up the card. After I glued everything down, I added pink Stickles to the die cut flower centers to finish this off.
Congratulations Sue on being selected the week's Featured Stamper. I enjoyed browsing through your fun and creative cards. I hope you enjoy all the cards you have inspired this week. I hope everyone is having a great day and maybe switching up things a bit...it might be just the change you need to spark some creativity. TFL

Beautiful! Love that stamp of the girl, your beautiful color/shading and the pink colors are perfect for this feminine card. Love the headline banner over the rounds...

You switched up things in a lovely, feminine dance, Debbie! I love you really spotlighted the Swiss dots as well as the triple bouquet of flowers…nicely stamped sentiment. It is hard to get a smooth image with that linen texture. Delightful!

SOOOO LOVELY, Debbie. I love the sweet image, how you colored it up, and how you set it off with that fab partial circle. The pink is such a perfect base color too. All around gorgeous card and into my faves. Lucky you have that image in digi. Hugz
