Here is my card for Teapot Tuesday, headed out to tickle a fellow teapotter friend. We had a tic tac toe challenge and I chose bird, sentiment and window. I don't trust my handwriting these days and wish I had a stamp that said something like "pretty bird" but sadly had to settle for a simple "hello". Enjoy!

Aw, I love that sign in the window, Love Sold Here. Sweet. And is the parrot free because he's out of his cage or free because the shop owner wants rid of him? We visited an animal park on our holiday, and there was a type of cockatoo in one of the enclosures who made the most appalling noise, you could hear him from a long distance away. I don't think he'd be welcome in a shop!

Love this Vicky! It brings back memories of the pet store in the mall that our kids always wanted to visit. They had a parrot there, too, that learned to talk from the employees over the years. He had lots of phrases and even sang but his favorite saying was "Shut up!" obviously learned when workers got tired of hearing him chatter ALL day long. Thanks for the memories!
