This is for Kim's Dare to Get Dirty Challenge. I actually had 2 gold banners left over from another project they ended up not working on. I have held onto them for months, and finally decided to use them. That particular die is really an accent strip, but I decided to trim off one end, turn it on end, and make it a banner. To make it a trio & add balance, I die cut another out of purple Flip/Side cardstock. That particular sheet has a light purple on 1 side and a dark purple on the other. I die cut the backer for each banner from peach pearlized cardstock. I wanted to stitch them, but because of the thickness, I couldn't stitch straight through them & the card front altogether. So I stitched on each banner after I cut them down & lined up the stitching lines when I glued them to my card.
I added stenciling with molding paste to a grey panel, leaving a blank spot for my greeting. I die cut the hello from gold cardstock & purple, layered them, & added them to my panel. I matted the panel with a light pool cardstock, & added it to my card base.
