This is my first time participating in this particular challenge. There were so many wonderful ideas and pages I bookmarked as possibilities that caught my eye, but when I came across this one, I knew it was the one!
I used an off-white background and then cut three strips of patterned paper. The tribal print and feathers are a nod to the inspiration piece, as well as the horse.
I stamped and colored the horse and bandana. I used an oval die to mimic the oval braided rug in the inspiration piece. This was cut out of the same off-white cardstock as the background layer.

Oh what a cute little poney/horse, and so well colored, I love the bg papers which remind the rug from your inspiration picture, with the pattern and feathers, great job!!

Well done, super cute. Welcome to the IC and glad you joined in. It always seems to inspire creativity. Your patterned papers are just perfect for that pony.
