This is inspired by the TLC 904 (use two colors in one stencil, which is something I don't have many of) and by the WTC 902, use a penguin. Also participating in the S challenge from the Simon Says Stamps blog I stumbled on yesterday. (stencil, Stampin Up ink, sun stamp, summer theme (or is it winter because it's in Pengiunland?).

Stamps: Memory Box penguin Hampton Arts sentiment, unknown sun
Ink: Stampin Up Blue Bliss, Tempting Turquoise, YoYo Yellow, Only Orange Versafine Onyx Black
Accessories: Delta stencil
Techniques: Used qtip to put blue and turquoise in an old Delta stencil to create the waves. Stamped sun in corner, twice with yellow once with orange Stamped penguin and sentiment on separate paper and glued them.
