Stamps: I usd foam, acrylic and rubber stamps here - I know the rubber one, the birthday stamp is Inkadinkado. The other two not sure. The foam star stamp is really old and the arrow acrylic stamp is probably Recollections
Ink: Stampin Up Passionate Pink and Tempting Turquoise (but for this project it's aqua)
Techniques: After stamping stars I added the star sticker, then stamped Happy Birthday on another paper for a little dimension. Then added the arrows.
