The Color Challenge is celebrating the 900th one! A special week of challenges and prizes. This is for Jeanne's choice to use CC836 Pineapple Punch, Granny Apple Green, Highland Heather with dots as the dessert option. I have DSP with dots, enamel dots on the daisy centers and the mini binder clip has dots.
I ran across this stamp set in my stash today and thought it worked well for the colors. I watercolored it and used one neutral on the watering can. And then I added the whimsical embellishments and Wink of Stella on the flower petals. The DSP strips are glued down, but the Happy Birthday sentiment strip is only held by the clip. Later if I want to change the sentiment, it would be easy to do.
Also, I was inspired by the Sketch Challenge today. I had already cut my image into a square and matted it, so I used the square instead of a circle.
Hope you will jump in and join us. Have fun! TFL
