An easel card (hence the play on words) for the 4th of July. Used a red A2 size card and cut the long way from an 8.5 x 11 card stock cut from top to bottom. I added a solid white layer, a blue layer, and over the top a dry embossed white layer. I cut 3 assorted stars from glitter paper, staggered them, and glued them on as shown. I then cut a banner of red foil paper, a white layer, a blue then my stamped red headline. Underneath all the layers, added 3 layers of card stock for height to hold the face of the card upright when open. I then stamped the design on the bottom of the card. I enjoy making this different fold card. A tad challenging but will make more as I love the look.

Oh, I love your beautiful and very patriotic easel card. The embossing folder is perfect and I love your glittery stars with your placement. The inside is great, also.

Love this! The cascade of stars in the different sizes looks super and I love that you used glitter paper for them. The white embossed layer, albeit patriotic, also really lets those stars shine on the front. Great layout. And you continued all that fun and festivity inside with that equally great design. Love the look of this as an easel card. Fabulous card.
