For today's IC, I found this bouquet
This week's Alphabet-Letter C: Circle Punch
Simon Says Stamp:Bright & Cheerful

After stamping and die/fussy cutting, I water colored each piece using re-inkers. Arranged them and popped up the bird. Sponged around the sentiment and small stitched die, popped up the black panel. Decided to add some leaves in the corners. Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta
