Nancy is our challenge hostess and we are honoring Faye aka FayeMakesCards as our Featured Stamper. Congratulations, Faye! You have a wonderful gallery! I was inspired by this one:
I kept the quilt theme and used strips of patterned paper instead of washi tape. Instead of a circle die cut, I added a die cut wreath. I changed the sentiment to a stamped and embossed strip.
The card front was embossed with a brick wall folder. I adhered thin strips of various patterned paper to a rectangle of thin cardstock, then cut that panel into 1 inch squares. The squares were glued onto a slightly larger cardstock panel. I die cut one wreath from specialty cardstock and one from dusty durango cardstock and glued them together. A punched flower and gingham ribbon bow were added to the wreath. The sentiment was stamped and embossed on a strip of cardstock which was adhered behind one portion of the wreath.
Thank you, Nancy, for hosting! Thanks for a gallery full of inspiration, Faye!

Rita, I can't decide if I like your quilted squares better or the fun wreath. Super well done case! Great patterns and warm feeling to this card. Hugz

Rita, this is a gorgeous card and case. I love your quilt blocks and color combination. Your wreath in the two different papers and how well it works with the designer paper background. There are so many interesting textures to see. I sat and looked for a while to take it all in! I LOVE IT!

Fabulous. Love the quilt pattern you made with the strips and your clever way to assemble them. The patterns look fab together. I love the two wreaths and using dp along with the solid looks super. Your finishing touches finish this beautifully. I'm sure Joyce will be smiling broadly when she received this beautiful card.

Terrific case. Love the wreath & quilt look. Love the wreath you cut from the Be Dazzling paper which looks lovely with the solid color one. The quilt blocks look great. Such a sweet, warm card. Well done!
