As soon as I saw the ottoman, it reminded me of these little felt sheep craft kits I'd found at Dollar Tree around Easter. I had given up on them back then because I could not find the right glue to hold them together, but someone had suggested using a glue gun so I decided to try that today.
It worked great, I put together the felt sheep and hot-glued it to a piece of light green cardstock, which I attached to a white card. I had a set of small Hallmark cards that had a sheep picture and the "Thank ewe" sentiment that I had been planning to use as card bases, covering up the image and sentiment. I decided to cut up one of the cards and use the sentiment from it on my card. I trimmed it out and fishtailed the ends of the piece, then attached with foam tape.
