Another card for Pam Strobel (Pammyjo) this week's featured stamper.
I liked her set of cards here: Ready for Vacation Using Tropical Oasis DSP by Pammyjo at Splitcoaststampers
Same dsp but also used the flip side for a border before placing it on my card base. Different sentiment, same ribbon but pulled it apart more and centered it under the horizon diecut, added matte dots to the sentiment. Thanks Pam for sharing your creativity and helping me get a birthday card made. I hope you have had a fun week!

What a fun birthday card, Shirl! That dsp is terrific and I love how you opened up the braided trim. Love those mat dots!

So fun. Love the vintage vibe and reminds me of my 60's & 70's youth with the woodies, surfing and the fun colors. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Great card and a great card to celebrate a birthday -- especially for some guys.

Love that you went for another card Shirl. You used my favorite one in the dsp pack… cruising baby in style. Glad you had fun putting on your own details . And yes the braid adds fabulous texture. Thanks for playing along.

Shirl, love the card you created using my fav pattern from the Tropical Oasis dsp. And I’m admiring how you cut the paper to focus on the pretty pink Woodies and then finished the visual triangle with the pink matte dots - design perfection!
So creative of you to pair the wood-sign die from the New Horizons set with this pp, it gives the sentiment label the feel of an old roadside sign in Hawaii. Very cool card and I’m tucking it into my favs for an inspiration piece. TFS!
(And thanks for the sweet & thoughtful comments on my gingham summer wedding card!)
