I struggled making a card design by trying to keep the squares together, so placing my quilt squares in the corners made room for my idea. I think this turned out looking like a game board, which is quite appropriate when playing the Care Giving Game I got the quotes from a class hubby & I took on living with memory loss.

{{{Hugs}}} for what you are going through! I love your game board and I did the same thing on my unfinished slimline sample--went to the corners...isn't there a boxing analogy in there somewhere!??
BTW, I love Mary Engelbreit too!

Gosh, this is brilliant. We visit almost every week one of our best friends who had vascular dementia. We do a lot of reminiscing, I know he finds it stressful when people want him to remember. I really like the way you "exploded" the four blocks out into each corner of the card leaving the centre for the sentiment.
