My card in remembrance of Karen. She was always supportive of my crafty efforts. I cased this card and will be posting to her husband Mark. Angled Blooms Birthday by Art Deco Diva at Splitcoaststampers
I kept her design, adding vellum across the centre to subdue the colours a little. I used different flowers, added mats to the panels and changed the words.
I've linked this to today's colour challenge - all colours subbed!

Wonderfully done with the colors. Love the flowers and design. What a fitting tribute with your beautiful case of Karen's amazing card. The vellum is a nice touch. The black matting gives it elegance. The sentiment is so touching. Great card!

WOW what a beauty! That vellum in the middle makes this really special. I had not seen that card of Karen's...her gallery was quite large...nice to see some of the cards I missed.

Sandie, I love how you've toned down the flowers in the center covering them with vellum! I must remember to use this technique, it softens the whole look wonderfully! This heartfelt design is beautiful, I'm sure it will warm Mark's heart! TFS
