Took me way out of my comfort zone, since work has been too busy for me to take part in the Wednesday watercolor challenges. I was glad to have some good sable brushes which carried enough paint for each flower. I used Twinkling H2Os. Thinking about it this morning I had wanted to use a script stamp as general background but I was afraid of messing it up.
Main panel matted onto the same gold that I used for the die-cut part of the sentiment. Not the best photo, but it's getting late here and I have physio after work tomorrow so can't count on getting one then - if I do, I'll replace it. But at least this shows the shimmer of the Twinks.

You did a fantastic job with your roses. Like the extra shine the twinkling H20's give them. Hope you join us for the Watercolor Wednesday challenges some time. You are a natural with this medium. TFS Fav'd

This is beautiful! I love your roses ... they shouldn't be bigger. Your leaves are great too and the little blue flowers are a fun addition. Wonderful card.

What a great idea to use the H2Os! Pretty! I like the little blue flowers too-complement the yellow very nicely. And the gold layer to tie in with the sentiment die.
