I looked for garden tools but could only find rain boots. But if you look up the definition of rain boots you find - Galoshes, Mucking Boots, Mud Boots, Wellingtons, Wellies, Billy Boots, and Gum Boots. I think in the spring mud boots are essential to gardening.
