I have long been an ardent admirer of Kittie's work. Her detailed and dimensional cards are without parallel here on SCS. Knowing that these were beyond my talents, I went back to her early, early work which was just as beautiful. I chose this card of hers for its subject matter and the fact that she watercolored it. Hers has more of a summer/autumn vibe while I went with a springtime look. Notice her card had 144 favorites!!....something practically unheard of on today's SCS! In the sixteen years since her card was done, her talent has only flourished....and she is one of the treasures here on SCS.
