This was done using this garland as a jump start here plus the fact that this stamp just hit my mail box earlier in the week via eBay and I wanted to paint it, So I laughed and laughed with the second shot on the floral page at Party Swizzle showed that garland. (that kind of thing hardly ever happens in my world, so it was a cool thing since I needed one more Mom's day card) You can find this challenge here to play along with us.
