A really quick & simple card to pull together, if you don't count the agonizing debate I had with myself over every little detail!
I have had the star paper for a little more than I don't know how long, and came across it a while ago when I was doing a bit of reorganizing in my craft room. I decided it was high time to use it! I went through my Splitcoast sketches, and found this one that had large elements that I felt would showcase the paper well. I decided (finally) that the wide strip would be perfect for this paper. I cut that to size, & added it to a 4x5-1/4" yellow panel that I'd matted with "screaming" green cardstock.
I stamped my greeting onto a scrap of grid patterned paper from my stash, & matted that with blue before adhering it to my card. And that was it! Like I said, quick & easy, except for the detail-agonizing. LOL
