The flowers were done with misted oxides (explained below). I created a faux panel for the sentiment by just embossing the small die, not cutting, and then blending on ink before stamping the sentiment on top.
-Choose a stamp image with lines that are not too bold and not too far apart. Ink with DOX inkpads, then mist heavily with water until you see some drops. Stamp on watercolor paper. Mist and stamp again on a second piece of paper.
-Clean stamp and let images dry. Reink with DOX and don't worry about having the colors in all the same areas of the image. Do NOT mist, just stamp to add the details back in to the image.
