I used a pre-colored Digital image and fussy cut it out, as my die shifted and messed up my plan..... Plan 2, fussy cut images and added them onto the background. I used 2 green Distress Inks for the background.
This card is a Teapot card for Ralph who is turning 94 this year and loves birds- I will write a Birthday message in the inside. I am also a bird enthusiast! We do not get bluebirds in our backyard.....

Your stenciled panel is a wonderful backdrop for your pretty birds and blossoms! Great card for Ralph!

Well, I love your background and those sweet images too; but, I really adore that sentiment. How fun is that for someone who loves to watch birds. Such a fun and happy card for Ralph.
We get a few Western Bluebirds in our yard but not many. Last year we had a youngster who was quite upset with his reflection in our nook window. He kept attacking himself. I finally had to put up newspaper...LOL. Seriously, he must have knocked himself silly.

Nice stencilled and embossed background. It looks as if Plan B turned out very well. What a brilliant sentiment. I always notice it when the birds start singing again after they've been quite during the rain.
