This was a pretty easy card to put together. I opened the dog image in Photoshop, resized it to fit the panel in the sketch, & printed it onto vellum bristol paper. I used my colored pencils to color & add the "shadow" under the dog.
I cut a scrap of yellow patterned paper from my stash to a strip, & printed the greeting onto it. I trimmed the left end into a fishtail shape. I matted the graph patterned paper with teal cardstock, and added the navy patterned paper & image panels to the card front. Finally, I adhered my greeting banner & mounted the card front to a white card base. I am donating this to Send a Smile 4 Kids, which provides cards for children who are inpatients in children's hospitals.
