A card I had saved on Pinterest inspired this one. I didn't have the stamp set(s) that card maker used, but I figured the phone from "LOL" would get the same result.
I stamped the phone onto white cardstock about 3 or 4 times, to get a good solid black image. (Thank heavens for the MISTI!) I used the same Onyx Black ink for the greeting, with "Smitty's ABCs." For the emojis at the bottom of the screen, I used Love Letter for the heart, & layered Dandelion and Cantaloupe inks for the smiley faces. Finally, I fussy cut the phone out.
I added a strip of green paper to each side of my card base, & then layered the star paper over that. Finally, I adhered the phone at a jaunty angle, just for a bit more fun.
