The card was created by first stamping the Stampin' Up! image from "Accented Blooms" then coloring it using Copic markers. I used my Brother ScanNCut to scan then cut out the image three times... the image itself, then two blank outlines to glue stacked behind the image for depth on the card front.
The sentiment is actually one single line, so I cut the "to a" part off and used the SU Stamparatus stamp positioner to align the two pieces one above the other to stamp inside the squashed hexagon space of the image.
The card front was created by using the "splatter" die from SU "Gorgeous Grunge" to stamp light orange dots primarily along the bottom of the card front to "ground" the image. I then glued the stacked image onto the card front, and added three rhinestones that I had colored with an orange shade Copic marker (these markers are alcohol based, so the color "sticks" to the shiny rhinestone).
I think she will really like this card and the sentiment inside. I am rating the difficulty level as a "2" out of a possible "5" because there is no matching die for the image. If you don't have a digital cutting machine that can scan, then fussy cutting with paper snips works, too.
