making was sorta time consuming--knew had saved on pinterest teapot, person making had dies, stamps etc. she gave a diagram of teapot, saw was A 2 card--printed out her diagram--cut teapot shape from that card base but left attached to card, glued down gingham onto my off lavender card base, traced the teapot and cut out, leaving attached on left side so opens still. put down 2 dsp inside, die cut purple teacup and put inside---back is where it will be signed. die cut little trim at top of lid, , stamped flowers fussy cut popped on teapot front then punched leaves from the ladybug punch--are the wings. added half gems --wella done fun challenge

What a clever design to have the teapot open up to reveal the inside of the card. Well worth the extra effort. A great card to mail to a teapotter friend.

I like your fancy shaped card, DonnaJeanne. And the idea of a gingham teapot is great fun. I like that there is a cup on the inside all ready to surprise and delight the recipient.

This card is wonderful- love the cut out template on the front of it! The coordinating DP looks so pretty peeking out- I will add this to my CASE Pinterest board!

Very pretty gingham teapot with beautiful papers and flowers, and what a unique and interesting design. Sounds like it was a lot of work but turned out marvelous!
