Challenged myself with a shaker card...those of you who are so good at them, this took me most of the day and I even had a good plan for the shaker. Part of the problem is my original intention for the acetate didn't work out.
I saw a video about dry embossing acetate, then scraping colored paste over it; in theory, just the raised parts should receive the paste. Well, not so much for me. Tried several times. Finally just mixed up the paste with the soft succulent reinker, then scraped it through a stencil. Used a foam circle from a set of them on the back of the circle acetate, then cut two frames to go around it to hide the foam (after adding the sequins, which are pretty neutral). Used blending brushes on the circles and the background, sahara sand at the bottom. Heat embossed the sentiment with soft succulent and Versamark. Two kind of gems finish this off. Anniversary card for someone, I'm guessing, don't have any weddings coming up.

I'm terribly impressed by that shaker! I've made a total of 2 of them ever. I love the look of that stencilled leafy pattern on the acetate. Gorgeous card!

This is OUTSTANDING! Really like your stenciled design on the acetate! Shaker cards have such a wow factor .... all that work was well worth it!

I love the shaker with the embossed leaves... the outer double circles are really unique and look marvelous! The technique may not have turned out as you expected but you were still successful in creating a beautiful card! Thanks for the inspiration!

Oh, Jean! This is so soft and beautiful. I really admire your sense of adventure with this. I think I'd rather go to the dentist that make a shaker card. Your persistence with the stencil really paid off because the whole effect is gorgeous.
