This is my card for CC893. LeAnn is our hostess and she chose soft succulent, sahara sand and blushing bride for her color trio. Dessert option this week is enamel dots or gems.
I needed a card for my grandson for a big accomplishment he just achieved. I recently purchased this stamp set from Technique Tuesday and when I saw this sentiment the idea for my card was born.
I cut the kangaroos from a CottageCutz die using baked brown sugar & sahara sand cardstock. I managed to get the blushing bride in with the kangaroo ears.
I stenciled a fun pattern on the background with soft succulent ink. Added a few black enamel dots and my card is finished.
Hope you can play along this week. We have some fun colors for your cardmaking adventure.

Congrats to your grandson for his big accomplishment! I know he'll love this card. Those kangaroos are just adorable, and how clever of you to combine them with the greeting! Great card, great kid!

So fun! Love the leaping kangaroos. The swirls in the background add to the movement. The cute pink ears caught my eye. Great card for your GS and his achievement.
