I remember Ann's challenge from Falliday Fest. I enjoyed it. My last card using this technique was snow. This one looks more like snow to me too. Actually, I think it would make a really good weathered wood background with the right colors. Regardless, I like the background and it was fun to make.

Wow! Those colors really pop. I had to look closely to see which was the base and which was the paint. You are right it would look great in woodgrain colors too.
I like your sweet little unicorn and the sequins were the perfect embellishment for him.

I love the colors your chose to highlight this awesome technique. Such a cute card highlighting April showers. We even had some sprinkles in southern CA, very unusual for us.
