Completed for the Margarete Miller Weekly Collage Challenge. Prompts are listed in the die cut circle a the bottom. Background was done as a gelli print with lots of different paints. Circles are in the background as well in faint white using bubble packing and a circular lid. The water is in the form of Oxide Ink through a rain stencil. IRL this is very shiny as I used several metallic inks in the background.
