Angie challenged us to pull out the OLD and make a NEW card. She gave us several options - I chose two of them: use an old item from our stash and take an old card and renew it by making an entirely new card.
The snowman stamp is one of the first stamps I ever bought and shows up on my earliest cards from when I joined SCS back in 2010. I found this old shaker card using it to remake.
The snowman is stamped and coloured with coloured pencils. The snow globe and sentiment are stamped and heat embossed and die cut with the co-ordinating die. I also die cut the snow globe out of thick sticky-backed foam, added a piece of acetate between the foam and the top snow globe, filled it with a variety of glitter and microbeads, and then stuck the snowman to the back of it. The whole piece is on a snowflake embossed background.

I do love a snowman and your globe with him inside is so pretty. I can see all the wonderful glitter.

This is such a cute shaker! I love that you used an older card and one of your first stamps for this fun shaker! I checked out your gallery and went all the way back to your first page to take a look at the first time your snowman shows up in your gallery. It's such a great CAS card. Thanks for sharing your "Old to New" with us!
