In the beginning I thought this might be an easy card but it kept evolving. It started with a white panel that I used in an e.f. Well, I didn't think what I had in mind would work so I put the panel back in the e.f. and used the Marvy Blending Blox to ink the flat side of the e.f. and ran it through my embossing machine again. It came out too streaky (should have used a brayer!).
My fix was to water color the whole panel. First the ocean, then individually, the fish and sea flora. I added some gold rub-ons on the gold fish for some shine. Next, I die cut the silver fish and the turtle and stamped them using my MISTI. I used my Copics to add some shadows to the turtle and I also heat embossed silver e.p. on the silver fish (too much shine for my camera though). Two of the fish and the turtle were popped up on foam adhesive. The sentiment was fussy cut then layered and also popped up on foam adhesive. Adhered the panel to a Tropical Teal panel and then the whole thing on a white card base.
I learned a few lessons along the way and in the end, I do like it. I just hope an eight year old little boy will like it!

I am quite certain that this will be a hit! I know my eight year old grandsons would love the punny sentiment. You underwater scene turned out great! I know that feeling when a card keeps evolving - glad you stuck with it because it looks awesome.
